I work with corporate refugees turned founders and executives who are building something meaningful yet often feel like they’re caught in an active washing machine on a crazy spin cycle.

How It Unfolded
Not the Plan, but the Path
I didn’t set out to be a coach. I started in corporate consulting, working alongside multinational executives navigating high-stakes decisions. Over time, I noticed a pattern: even the most successful leaders struggled — not due to a lack of intelligence, discipline or ambition, but because of the unseen forces shaping their thinking, decision-making, and energy. The result was frustration, stress, and even burnout.
I understood firsthand the desire to improve conditions inside the organization, or to leave altogether to build a business and a more fulfilling life on their own terms. When I transitioned out of corporate, I too wrestled with uncertainty. Those were cloudy times in my head, and I wish I could have had some clarity-producing conversations to find my path forward. So, I built a practice that offers just that: helping leaders like you break free from the mental fog and move forward with conviction.
